Our comprehensive 4-to-5-year Education and Employment Programme is designed to provide youth with the ​necessary tools to navigate the critical transitions of their lives seamlessly and effectively. Our research has ​highlighted the importance of managing the transitions from High/Secondary School to Higher Education Institutions ​or colleges, and subsequently from Higher Education Institutions or colleges to places of work.

Structured to provide support and guidance through major life transitions, the programme caters for high school, ​higher education, and employment. Our continuous support model allows us to work closely with each individual, ​monitoring their progress and providing assistance as they move forward.

Bonginkosi Mchunu

Bonginkosi is a B.Com Law graduate and MBA Student. Currently employed by Pearson as Key Accounts Manager, through professional work he has worked in various educational programmes and assessment. He brings these skills unto the OHLLOFUS and is the team lead. He has been connecting OHLLOFUS to a number of other organisations such as Youth Capital and other.

Zamambo Mkhize

Zamambo plays a vital and multifaceted role in our organization, serving as the driving force behind our strategic vision and the embodiment of our corporate values. She is the face of our organization to external stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and the public. They engage in building and nurturing key relationships, representing the company's interests, and advocating for our values and commitments.

Mxolisi Khumalo

Chief Operations Officer

Mxolisi serves as a pivotal asset in our organization. He has adeptly cultivated strong, mutually beneficial relationships between our company and our valued clients. His exceptional administrative skills have positioned him as an indispensable liaison between our organization and the educational institutions we collaborate with. Mxolisi's primary responsibility encompasses the comprehensive management of all student and school operations, including visits to the schools within our network

Luyanda Mchunu

Luyanda worked for the local Department of Education (Umvoti Circuit

Office), He is the graduate in Public Policy And Management. His work

exposes him to School Headmasters and education sector as a whole. We

get exposure of clientele & database through him. He can identify

schools that need OHLLOFUS’s assistance. His role is conserving all

stakeholders and partners of the entity.

PROJECTS

A disadvantaged school in Mbulwane area. They ​have an average of 60 unprivileged learners with ​no science lab, computer lab. Ohllofus NPC has ​helped learners with choosing a career and ​academic support such as Tutoring & Study Skills.

03 Busana High School

With Over 200 students in Grade 12, Busana ​High School entrusted us with the future of ​their students. With Ohllofus 65 learners have ​been taken to study further by 3 institutions in ​KZN.

02 Buhlebuyeza Secondary School

Government School located in Greytown, with poor ​infrastructure with no science lab & Computer lab, it ​puts the students in disadvantaged position . 105 ​students were enrolled to Universities through CAO ​& TVET Colleges with help from Ohllofus.
